May the (Sales)force* be with you

Co-Founder, CEO
Yetto's Salesforce integration, gives you access to customer data in context: when you're trying to solve a customer's problem and need more context to decide how to approach it. Who is the customer? Where do they work? Is that a big client of yours?
But sometimes you need that information before tackling their problem, during triage. Now you can get it: We've baked our Salesforce integration into our automations so you can automatically pull Salesforce data for a new ticket… and automatically use that data to get that ticket in front of the right support pro at the right time. No supernatural powers required, just smart engineering.

Adding the Salesforce integration to your Yetto inbox puts Salesforce search
in the list of available actions for your automations. Just like our recently released extract keywords
action, you can chain this one to other actions — adding labels and assignees, or auto-responding to specific customers — for a fully automated workflow..
It could look like this:
- A new conversation is created in your inbox.
- Yetto automatically grabs any available customer data from Salesforce
- Salesforce data shows that the customer is a member of Specific Very Important Account, Inc., who has a dedicated account manager. So Yetto:
- assigns the conversation to account manager
- labels the conversation as
VIP

And like extract keywords
this isn't just another action, it's a new type of action built specifically for the integrations in your inbox, one that's built into the foundations of how Yetto functions rather than being tacked onto the side with a couple of APIs. Because we're support pros ourselves, so we understand that the work of support involves your whole company. That's why we're building Yetto so that cross-tool communication is integrated into the core of our system, which gives every integration more flexibility and gives you more power.
That's all we want — to give you more power. Not too much to ask, right?
Check out all the new stuff we're building for you while Yetto is still in beta.
Power up.
- May the fourth was a few days ago. I'm still in Star Wars pun mode. I apologize for nothing.
