Jira is one of the most popular issue tracking and project management tools for software development teams across industries. It's also ubiquitous among the early access Yetto users we talk to — it's come up in nearly every customer call we've had in the past six months, even people who aren't actively using it or aren't using it as their primary project management app.

So we listened, and now there's a Jira plug for Yetto.

Talk to your coworkers where they are

Just like our GitHub and Linear plugs let you talk to those systems from within Yetto, the new Jira plug connects you directly to coworkers in Jira. Mention @jira in an internal comment and we'll open a ticket in Jira for you. Your colleagues can reply in Jira, and their responses will go right back to you in Yetto. Nobody has to leave the tool they love to talk to the people they work with.

In Yetto, it looks like this:

And in Jira, it looks like this:

Fast and simple, with no buttons or menus to slow you down.

Yetto now connects Support teams to colleagues in three of the key tools software development teams work in - GitHub, Linear, and Jira. Let software wall you off from your coworkers no more! Communicate and work with people no matter where they are and no matter what tool they prefer, with Yetto.

We're still in beta and looking for feedback. Sign up today, give our Jira plug a try, and let us know what you think!
